Here in the heart of the immense Pacific Ocean, we are thousands of kilometers away from major sources of industrial or urban pollution. The water, the air and the earth are of a purity that is rare on the green planet.
This is our terroir.
All these treasures assembled in TdeTAHITI have grown in fertile volcanic soil, and ripened under the sun of a generous tropical environment. They express the flavors of their origin and their gentle processing: everything - absolutely everything! - is done by hand. It takes time, patience and passion... but it's the only way to ensure their exceptional quality.
Harvested at their best, the ingredients are carefully selected, washed, dried, cut or grated, and deshydrated immediately to preserve their freshness and benefits. The dehydrator is electric (powered by my solar panels) to prevent degradation by the sun and control the ideal low temperatures individually. It's 48 hours max from harvest to finished dry product. Vanilla is the exception with a long drying process of several months: that is left to the experts.
I juggle with ~35 ingredients, and that's just the beginning of what nature has to offer here. Dosing is precise as the components of each T are then assembled for their combined benefits, and flavors.
Ingredients are indicated on each sachet. These are not flavored teas: they contain no theine at all.
TdeTAHITI has nothing to hide! These blends are so beautiful, and they smell so good, that I've chosen transparent packaging to let you taste with your eyes and nose, before delighting your palate and caring for your wellbeing.

"DISCOVER" contains 2dl of dry matter (= 18+ cups), or
"ADDICT" with 4dl (= 35+ cups).
Note that I infuse mine twice, so you can really double these quantities.
100% nature ? Your TdeTAHITI is guaranteed pure, absolutely no treatment, fertilizer, pesticide, not before nor after harvest. It is free of chemicals, preservatives, added flavor or coloring, not even natural (which T can honestly state that?) and nothing is picked on the roadside.
Before sealing each sachet with its signature knot, I add a little stardust, a pinch of mana, and a zest of ♥ ... Well yes, they really are magical potions !
These precious elixirs are from a microproduction orchestrated by the seasons. Quantities are and will remain limited. My apologies if your favorite blend isn't always available: it will be back.

A little advice
Store in a dark dry space, it's important to avoid humidity and light to preserve the freshness of your Ts.
The smallest elements like ginger, turmeric or pepper will be at the bottom of the sachet. Before taking your dose for infusion, play a little with the sachet, turn it upside down and side to side, make sure all ingredients are well mixed.
Brewing time: vanilla, cinnamon and zests need a little more time than leaves to express their flavors and benefits, so about 5 minutes or to suit your taste.
Hot or cold ? Both ! Brewed hot, TdeTAHITI are also delicious as ice teas, which is ideal for our climate here, and keep all their benefits.

Curcumin is activated and better assimilated with piperine (black pepper) and a fatty substance. For your magical potion to be efficient, the grated coconut in this blend is whole: it contains coconut oil. Your T will be a little foggy, that's normal! and makes all the difference.

With the lives we lead, from time to time a good internal clean up is really essential.
When my T is lukewarm, I add a little honey and fresh pressed lime. I take 3 cups a day for 3 days. For a more thorough detox, make that 3 weeks, or prepare 1 L for the day during 3 days. It's up to you to find the formula that suits you best.

Initially created to give a unique character to your strong spirits, TpourRHUM is also delicious as classic infusion, hot or cold.
BEWITCHING ELIXIR
This is a "pure flavor" blend inspired by the Caribbean tradition of rhum arrangé, mixed
as treat for your taste buds... because pleasure also is essential to our wellbeing !
Vanilla gives this tropifruity blend its full body while ginger adds the little spicy touch. The more daring can add the chilies for a taste of adventure. Careful: HOT!! After a few hair-raising surprises (...), I now leave the chilies whole, so that you can easily use less or none if you don't like it hot.
Add ~1/4 of the ADDICT sachet or 1/2 if you have DISCOVER to a bottle (70cl) ideally in an airtight glass jar. Then let the magic happen... It'll take a few days' patience to unleash its flavors: you'll be deliciously rewarded! Avoid direct sunlight that would cook the ingredients and I recommend filtering your potion when it's ready - don't forget to press the rest of T, it will be soaked with alcohol - before putting it back into its original bottle.
ENCHANTING ELIXIR
While this flowery, slightly peppered cucumber blend seemed like a good idea, it turns out the world of gin has evolved so much in the recent years, offering an almost endless variety of flavors and qualities, that I found it impossible to mix a good blend to suit them all.
But I do love this blend: its summery perfume and magical change of colors make it truly enchanted. I'm still working on it...
